When energy is in a chaotic pattern such as the one we have been experiencing, the best thing to do is slow down. Re-evaluate what is important in your life and how to continue with your goals. Still work to move forward, but in smaller steps. Chunk things down into manageable portions to make life less stressful.
Taking control of chaotic energy begins with you. Do what you need to do to de-stress everyday. Make sure you get out in nature, get lots of exercise and spend time in meditation if possible. The more you can do to keep your energy balanced, the less the craziness of the outside world will affect you.
