When you look around you what do you see? Do you love your life? If not, can you identify what the problem is?
Take a piece of paper and write "My Life" at the top. Then draw a line down the center, and on one side of the line write "What I Love About My Life", on the other side of the line write "What I Don't Love About My Life".
Fill out both columns with details of what you love and what you don't. Be honest with yourself. Anything that you don't love falls into the category of what you need to let go of. Make a commitment to begin removing them from your life. These things are causing you suffering, stress, dis-ease, and low vibration contributions to your future. With each thing you let go, you open the doors for something better to come in!
